I just made a voice comparison if you wanna hear the difference. I wish I recorded at 5 months, but I was going through a deep depression around then and felt completely discouraged to film anything. But my 4 months didn't sound much different from the 3 months, so I felt that one was pointless to add in.
As for the 6 months, it can still go into a close to the 3 month range, but I was speaking while much more relaxed.

I did notice your voice getting much deeper from when I first started watching your videos. I'd say your voice is at it's breaking point. imo from what I hear so far.

(Btw, curious how you post the actual video instead of a link.)

This is a topic of interest to me as well.
I just had a full psychological examination a couple days ago for my future top surgery, and they brought up some masculine sculpture thing. Asking if that's something I also wanted along with my top surgery. At the time I had no idea what that even was. The psychologist also didn't really know, but they were told to ask. But since we both didn't know, they said that when I actually go in to talk to the surgeon, they'd tell me more about everything.

Anyway, if/when I get to speak to my surgeon, I will let you know what I learned (if that's still something you wanna hear about).
But just from reading this, I would feel in the same boat as you. I also have the dreaded big lower portion of my body. Something I've always been self-conscious about. And I feel like besides my chest, that's one of my main giveaways for not being able to pass.

I would personally say give the exercising a chance first along with proper diet and seeing how T affects your body fat redistribution first before going straight for it. Unless it's really bothering you that much right now.
The chart I was given for T effects, the fat redistribution starts between months 3-6.. and it's full effect is at 2-5 years. If that helps give you an idea on what you're willing to wait for or not.

That's all I really got for now that I can think to say.

I've been seriously considering getting liposuction to masculinize my body as a part of my transition. I'm only 5 1/2 months on T, so obviously I wouldn't get this done for a while, since I want to get the maximum results I can get on T. I've looked up information regarding "Mansculpture" and other non-brand-name liposuction of the hips, thighs, butt, etc. to create a more masculine figure, but I can't really find that much concrete information (unfortunately there are very few before and after pictures) and the reviews of it are mixed. Some guys say you can get the same results on T if you exercise frequently, others say you can't without exercising an excessive amount. And then there's the cost and all of the risks normally associated with minor surgeries like lipo- it costs up to 10 grand from what I've seen, and since it's considered more of a cosmetic surgery I'm sure even my very trans-accepting insurance provider won't cover it, and I don't even know if the surgeons performing it would even accept insurance. Plus I'm worried of potentially regaining the fat, since to get good results from lipo you have to maintain a good diet and exercise regimen, though I'm pretty good about doing that, although even a minor surgery like lipo would probably mean I couldn't weight train for a month or so. But I am dysphoric about my feminine figure, and I have a big butt, hips, thighs etc. despite being pretty skinny (even though on T hopefully that will change). So what do you guys think? Is "Mansculpture" or a similar procedure really worth the cost, time, and risks?

As disgusting as Todd Nickerson (who wrote the Salon article and talks about his fantasies regarding little girls and has even said that he would have sex with a child in a "sex-aware" society) is, and as disturbing as it is that he doesn't seek help, even he is advocating that other **** not molest children, and he knows about the harm child sex abuse can cause. Omnipolitics16 is even worse. He outright advocates for pedophilia.

I was laughing when I watched Bearing and Thunderfoot discussed how the left could push for pedophilia as the next fight for sexual minorities... Well then I saw the signs as far back as 2015 when an author on Salon discussed how **** are not always molesters. That they're great people until they cross a line. And then I'm disgusted. Just like flat earth people, alt right/left, antifa, I'm baffled and angered that such level of dumbassatry would be considered some form of norm. As long as there are enough of us discussing and talking against such garbage, it can be fought through productuve dialogue.

As for echo chamber. My favorite ones are hug boxing, circle jerking, and self licking ice cream cone. Self serving, self righteous, back stabbing fowl and on occasion not even human.

On purpose, like how one of my favorite games is Dank Souls 3. I watched Game Grumps play Left for Dank. On the weekends I'm playing Dungeons and Dankgons. Just heavily force the word into everyday lexicon.

I'm really sorry to hear about that. It sounds like a nightmare. I've luckily never had to go through something like that, but it doesn't take a genius to know that child molestation messes with you for life. I find it absolutely disgusting that people like Omnipolitics16 on Youtube are defending pedophilia now, it makes me sick to my stomach. And cohesion of support groups would be a great topic, I've had some really bad experiences with a particularly SJW-y LGBT "support group" (it was really just an echo chamber) myself.

I'm a soldier, whereas my specialty is geography and cartography. Because of it I'm trying to do online college for GIS and geopolitical sciences cause I love the relationship of a whole group of people basing their issues and politics against another group of people due to geographical differences. I'm also a super nerd. And a dork. About mundane crap like soil composition and how it effects people, traffic and building stuff on top of it.

Dbo, until my doctor was legally able to prescribe me meds I paid an informed consent doctor to start transitioning at work as soon as possible. Due to their strictest (military) they will not make any considerations with regards to name formats, pronouns,  etc until you conduct the legal updates to your records first. Being that this is a medical school, I don't want to assume that medical students would be more open to us being open but at the same tine only you know your situation best. I'm with Evan on this, as it being a school they'd want to attempt to make your learning experiences improved when you don't have gender identity as a huge personal issue. Which goes into what I did, see if reaching out to private medical professionals or informed consent clinics are able to be affordable so as to start your physical and emotional transition. Two reasons: personally I don't see why my medical condition would preclude me from doing my job so I shouldn't have to leave to transition, you shouldn't have to hurt your career to make yourself healthier; I'm happier, healthier and more productive as a female soldier than I ever was as a male soldier.
