I wish you luck in trying to get everything sorted out. I didn't have problems with my name change or gender marker changes, but I am having issues with my social security information as it always results in a fight. I don't have any advice to offer, but you do have my sympathy.

P.S. It's actually kind of interesting that you're in Yongsan. My husband and I are planning on moving to Korea soon-ish. =)

I've been on HRT for almost 5 years now and I can say that while my growth has stagnated a bit, I do have the occasional major spurt of growth where I go up almost half a cup size. I understand what you mean and I've seen girls get implants too soon, then end up tearing at the seam because of explosive growth they didn't foresee. I'd make the argument that as long as there's decent growth and you're comfortable, it's probably (relatively) safe. (Relatively because it's still surgery and there's an inherent risk with all surgeries.)
